It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Stylish, central attic apartment with terrace & AC

Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Space for up to 8 people. nice pool in the garden (June-August only). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings, you are also welcome to grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, a salettl is also available for 9 people.
