Scenic area by the harbor. Located on the 1st floor. Great shopping/restaurants/museums and close to a sandy beach. Kitchen with dining area for 8 people. Large living room with TV. 4 rooms for the big family. Small terrace at the entrance. Bring bed linens and towels. The apartment is located in an old factory by the fishing port, where fish are landed by local fishermen every day. Possibility to buy fresh fish by the fishermen, and can be barbecueed on the small terrace by the entrance. Nice apartment for the price.

Fantastic holiday home with seaview, located in the attractive area close to the beach at Mommark Marina. The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.
