This room is 35m2 (including the upstairs area) and is equipped with full furniture including a private restroom and kitchen set. The utility bills are included in the renting price. The house is next to a cafe and a gym. It is close to the supermarket and market (200m) and the sea (300m). There is a big courtyard in front of the room for parking, BBQ party, and chilling. We also have a small store at the Kiosk of the house selling desserts. You can come to buy good food.

An sea-view apartment 52m2 which is located in center of Nha Trang City and is at the airport bus stop. This apartment is inside a modern building with shopping mall and is just 2 minutes walk to beach, cinemas, supermarket, pubs, night market, 5-star hotels such as Intercontinental, Sheraton, Sunrise,..
