4 Bedroom - 3 full bath home. The second living room has a sleeper sofa. This property can comfortably sleep 10. This cozy home is located on a quiet street, just blocks away from downtown Newton. Great fishing at Newton Lake is approximately 10 miles away. Enjoy an outdoor movie at one of the few Drive In Theatres (seasonal) left in the state. Sam Parr State Park has a beautiful picnic area with an easy walk through the woods around the lake. And many other fun stops to enjoy!.

The Loomis Family immigrated from Greece and operated the Soda Fountain and Confectionary until the 1960's. It has since been transformed into a spacious and comfortable living area with the original Soda Fountain still intact, beautiful tin ceiling, and also includes a large kitchen, a separate shower room & powder room.

Relax with the whole family at the farm. A brick home featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and sleeps 7. Our home is fully furnished with a spacious living room and dining room. With a large kitchen with breakfast nook. This cozy home is like staying at grandma’s house on the farm. Cows in the pasture behind the home gives charm to this rural listing. We are 15 minutes to east ramp and 19 minutes to west ramp on Newton lake. Sam Parr state park is only 4 miles away!

Rustic Acres Cabins

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Come stay in our cabin and enjoy either fishing on Newton Lake or do some local hunting. We are only a couple miles from the main boat ramp and public hunting land. We are just starting out so we would love to know what you think.
