We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

self-contained 2-bed home in Sussex countryside

The annexe is adjacent to the main house and a perfect country getaway suitable for a quiet holiday, visiting local Sussex attractions, or a handy base for visiting friends or family. The house itself is late Victorian, with generously proportioned rooms and high ceilings. There are 2 interconnecting bedrooms with a shared shower room. Both bedrooms have double beds. Breakfast isn't provided but there is a kitchen for self catering. The living area has a woodburning stove. NB there is no tv!

The bottom of the downs a five minute drive and a handful of pubs all within a 5mile radius. Plumpton station a 2 minute drive you can be in London within the hour.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Paynters Granary is a detached converted mid 19th century barn situated a short 5 minute walk to the local village amenities. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a large TV and doors out onto a South facing patio area. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with original beams and a bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and the property has ample parking and free WiFi. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, and have their own outdoor area to relax in.
