Unique Container "Caja Verde" 1 Mile UF & Downtown

Our home is less than a mile to UFHealth at Shands and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center. We are a mile to the University of Florida campus. Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

My Happy Place

A spacious home for all to enjoy while visiting our beautiful, quant town and surrounding area. This duplex is very quiet and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king bed with an en suite. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and a third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. The living room possesses a wall-hugger design reclining sofa, love seat, and recliner, all of which are power recline. All bedrooms have black out shades.

30 acre vegan farm with remodeled guest house! Minutes from town yet totally private. This eco-retreat is located at Peacefield where we rescue and rehabilitate farm animals - the space helps support the mission! We incorporated our favorite things: Peloton bike, treadmill, rower, Finnish sauna, bedside chargers, open floor plan, 5 star mattresses, yoga deck, appleTV, loaded kitchen, coffee/tea, vitamix, gym, Tesla and other EV charger, solar power and more! It's a sanctuary for humans too :)
