Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 according to the KfW 40+ standard and is therefore technically state-of-the-art (underfloor heating, ventilation system).
