MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

The holiday home is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, near Balksee, surrounded by fields and horse meadows – perfect for peace and relaxation. A large garden and a sunny terrace invite you to unwind. For children, there is a play kitchen, sandbox, and swing. The property is fully fenced. Beautiful walking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, leading through the Wingst forest. Alpacas graze around the house, creating a truly special atmosphere. 2 dogs are very welcome.

Mit 3 gemütlichen Schlafbereichen, einem hellen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen Küche bietet das Haus viel Raum für 4-6 Personen. Sauna und Eckbadewanne sorgen für erholsame Wohlfühlmomente. Ob beim Frühstück mit Blick aufs Wasser oder beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse – hier beginnt der Urlaub ganz entspannt.

Das Industriedenkmal aus den 50er Jahren fand nach 35-jährigem Winterschlaf 2003 seine neue Bestimmung. Seither steht der ehemalige Wasserturm Urlaubern, die das Besondere suchen, mit allem Komfort zur Verfügung. Auf vier Etagen entstand ein top saniertes Domizil, in das alte Elemente des Wasserturms stilvoll integriert wurden. When you are looking for a real quiet and relaxing resort, sou will love to live in our wonderful old barn house neatly renovated from an architect loving old houses and modern technique (that is me). You can enjoy a real large TV, (incl. BluRay-Player etc.) Internet and a cosy fire place. Dive into nature below old oak and ash trees, wake up with happy bird chirp and watch hare, pheasants and deer walk by the huge glass doors in front of the kitchen and living room.

In the immediate vicinity (500 m) is the Hadelner Canal. As it is a very rural region, far away from all industry, you can leave all the noise and hustle and bustle behind here. Cuxhaven is about 20 minutes by car from Kehdingbruch. Otterndorf/Elbe 8 minutes by car.

Our region is perfect for resting from the city noise, relaxing, and there are also great bike paths and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

Near the North Sea and the Wingster Forest, we welcome you to our listed villa from 1909. You will be staying on the upper floor in a 81 m² cozy apartment with balcony. Our historic building is surrounded by a large dreamlike property with old trees. In the garden there is a private patio available for you. Cadenberge offers lots of shopping, restaurants and playgrounds. It is located on the Hamburg-Cuxhaven railway line.
