Studio of 24 m2 balcony with sea view, in residence with elevator, 2nd floor, a parking space. Murphy bed offering both a sofa during the day and a real double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) at night (installed in September 2024). Kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave grill combination, vacuum cleaner, TV and wifi internet, bathroom with bathtub. 4 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the city center, 3 min to the convenience store and laundromat. Quiet, beautiful view!

Beautiful apartment completely tastefully renovated in 2019 in one of the mythical villas of Hardelot with panoramic sea view. Ideal location, 200 m from the beach and 300 m from the city center. Spacious and bright apartment comprising 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 160 x 200 and 2 beds of 90 x 190) and 2 shower rooms that can accommodate 6 people as well as an equipped kitchen open to the living room. Guests can enjoy a large south-facing terrace, 2 free parking spaces and fiber optic internet.

75-m² apartment with a 28-m² terrace, completely renovated, located facing the sea and on the pedestrian promenade (no cars in front of the apartment). The seawall and the beach can be accessed directly from the west-facing terrace, which was completely renovated recently! The residence is located a 5-minute walk from the center of Hardelot and all the shops. Nearby: golf, tennis, equestrian club (horseback riding on the beach possible), sailing club 150 m away, hiking, forest, etc.

Small house of about 35 m2, close to the city center, the beach and hiking, the Golf des Pins, and also the Golf des Dunes, and the equestrian center. House completely renovated!! A garage is at your disposal, as well as 2 bikes, anti-theft devices, and tools for adjustments, and a pump, if you ever need it. And recently, we have made a Tandem available to tenants.

The house is located among the pine trees, less than 1 km from the sea, which can be reached on foot, by car or by bike... There is another villa in the same garden, but the houses are never rented out at the same time. In addition, we live on the same street and can therefore answer all your questions quickly.
