Enjoy peace and space in a stylishly converted garage in Bosch en Duin

Welcome to Bosch en Duin in our former garage/barn, which was converted into a very luxurious and stylish home on September 1, 2016. Ideal for 2 people, but also suitable for a family with 2 children or 4 friends. The home is fully insulated and heated by underfloor heating and wood burning stove. Through a window as large as the garage doors and on the other side windows up to the ridge and 3 large skylights, it is a delightful bright space with stunning views of garden and forest totaling 2800m. The Garage consists of one large room with a wooden unit in the middle. On one side of the unit there is a beautiful, complete kitchen with 4 burners/combi oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer integrated in a hard stone countertop. On the other side is a small but tasteful shower (thermostat tap), toilet and sink with automatic tap and illuminated anti-condensation mirror. The unit offers spacious cupboards and drawers and a staircase upstairs. The unit has a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m with a lovely sheep wool duvet of 2.00 x 2.00 m. For lodgers who are afraid of heights, there is a spacious and comfortable sofa in the sitting room that turns into a double bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m in one motion. Next to this spacious corner sofa there is another comfy chair to slide comfortably close to the stove. In the dining area there is a spacious wooden table with 4 chairs. The drawings and ceramics images by our son, outsider artist Hannes, give the space a very personal and cheerful appearance. The home has its own private, private and wonderfully sheltered terrace with comfortable garden chairs with pillows. In the forest there is a bench to enjoy nature in peace or to read a book. Finally, there is a hammock for a delicious afternoon nap. The house has WiFi, with which you can watch the available iPad TV via our Ziggo connection, also radio. So there is no flat screen TV. We have a dog of our own, but we don't want a dog in De Garage. Guests can use the entire house, but also the terrace, the forest and the driveway to park their car. We will be there when guests arrive and depart. We tell the guests about our house, the equipment and the area. The house is non-smoking. We do not provide breakfast or other meals. Combine nature and culture in "De Garage," on the estate Ter Wege in Bosch en Duin, surrounded by the woods of the Utrecht Heuvelrug and a short distance from Utrecht and Amersfoort with their many museums, restaurants and other entertainment options. Guests can use our bicycles. A bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. Own transportation is of course always easier and faster. Guests can always reach us by phone for questions.

Alpacadroom is a unique location at the edge of the village and the forest. Our cozy group accommodation can accommodate 14 people. The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. With its generous living room, you will find a complete kitchen with cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family and friends' week(end) gathering. In the beautiful village center of Noordwijk Binnen, 5 minutes from the beach, you will find this characteristic bulb barn from 1909. Completely renovated in 2019 and converted into a luxurious vacation home for 10 people including 2 children. With 4 atmospheric bedrooms, 3 marble bathrooms and a large, open living space, we offer families and groups of friends with children a wonderful stay. In Noordwijk you can spend the whole year enjoying the beach and dunes and in spring the colorful bulb fields.

This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Na een inspirerende dag in Amsterdam, is het heerlijk 'thuis' komen in dit originele appartement, dat gebouwd is in een oude hooiberg in het dorpje Watergang. Waar alles aanwezig is voor een ontspannen verblijf voor 2-4 personen. Zeer geschikt voor een fijne vakantie of lang verblijf. Gratis fietsen voor elke gast en gratis kano's en een kajak beschikbaar. Ook is het mogelijk om een motorboot te huren of om zelf met de gratis kano het beschermd natuurgebied in te varen.

Extra sleeping accommodation is possible. We have recently created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.
