Centrally located with everything within walking distance, our heritage listed house is an urban oasis with green views and a garden for relaxation to enjoy the changing seasons. With high ceilings, natural light, and a thoughtful mix of mid-century and antique pieces, it’s a true home away from home—slow living at its finest.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. The spacious living-dining room and the beautiful terrace invite you to relax. The apartment is newly renovated, has a kitchen and three bedrooms. The bathroom is accessible with rain shower, large hand basin and toilet. All rooms are accessed via a large hallway with wardrobe. The large garden is great for resting after a bike ride. The bike path starts right behind the house. A shed is available.

This stylish loft is located directly in the Paderborn city center. Less than 50 meters away is the Paderborn pedestrian zone with numerous shops, as well as restaurants. The main train station is a 3-5 minutes away by car. The bus stop in any direction (university/central station/stadium/ HNF, etc. ) is right outside the door. The university is also within walking distance in 15 minutes. The apartment is very quiet although in the center.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters.
