Welcome to us! We rent out a studio with its own entrance and bathroom and free parking space.. City center about 3 km. Bus stop about 300 m. Grocery store in approx. 500 m. Ice hockey hall and handball hall (Storhamar) about 2 km. The apartment is equally suitable for those who study, as for those who are going to Hamar on other occasions. The apartment is equipped with bed(150 cm) and WiFi. The place does not have a kitchen, but there is a kettle, fridge and microwave. We have Furuberget as the nearest neighbor with nice hiking opportunities.

The house is large and spacious, and is located with a lovely view of Lake Mjøsa. By car it is about 1 hour to Lillehammer, 50 min to Gjøvik, 30 min to Hamar and about 20 min to Brumunddal. Modern holiday home in functional style in a newer cottage area at the popular Bråstadvika, a popular recreational area for Gjøvik and the surrounding area. Located right by Mjøsa and it is only 2km to the center of Gjøvik. It has a fantastic views and sunshine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. TV, internet, ventilation, heat pump and air conditioning.

Located peacefully to central on Hamar, between the train station and the Viking ship. The apartment is regularly used by me, so the standard is high and the apartment is well equipped. Cleaning I take responsibility for myself, as that way I can guarantee a clean and tidy home to all guests. The final cleaning is included in the price.

Innsjekking i hovedsak etter kl 16, men ta gjærne kontakt om du ønsker å sjekke inn før, så ser vi hva vi får til. Familie på fem bor i resten av huset, så noe støy må påberegnes.

The bus stop for transport to Hamar city center is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, with departures every 30 minutes during the day and every hour in the evening.
