It's a cozy little house, close to the beach. It's on the board and has a direct exit to the beach. The surroundings are peaceful and natural, there is apereá and variety of birds. On the other hand, in the area there are ice cream shops, pubs, pizzerias, supermarkets, etc. It is not recommended for people with mobility problems, because at the entrance there is a lot of sand and the house is all small. The best that this house has to offer is the beach so close, the waves when sleeping and the loungers in the shade of the tree.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a single bed, two air conditioners, a refrigerator, a kitchen, a microwave, and everything you need for cooking, a TV in the living room, and a Wi-Fi connection. It also includes a grill (half tank), covered parking for a car, a table and chair outside, a Paraguayan hammock, a cart with chairs and a beach umbrella. The service includes towels and sheets, soap, shampoo, and pH.
