The pool is heated and designed to reach up to 30°C in optimal conditions (mild, windless days). * In autumn and winter, as it is an outdoor pool, its temperature can vary significantly with the weather. It usually ranges between 22°C and 26°C on cool days.

The Pinar is a residential spa, characterized by its natural quiet surroundings. Located just 10 kms from the airport and 20 kms from Montevideo.

The property is located between a Furniture Show Room in front and at the bottom of the land there is a Furniture Factory.
