This is a wonderful maisonette at the beachfront of Neoi Epivates. There are two bedrooms and plenty of space to host up to 4 people. WIth seaview from all the balconies, barbeque, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace , fast internet connection and all the basic amenities you might need, it's the perfect place for your summer vacation and also for long stay during the winter. The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It's on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (one double bed and 2 single beds). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up for anything you need.
