The house (85sq.m.) is located in the village of Neo Klima (Elios), 18 km from the town of Skopelos and 80 meters from the beach where you can swim. In our quiet neighborhood and about 60 meters away there is a mini market, taverns, a bus stop and a pediatrician 30 meters away. In our village there is also an ATM of the National Bank and a pharmacy.

A cozy bedroom features a spacious wooden bed dressed in a dark quilt. Two neatly rolled towels are placed at the foot of the bed. Ambient light is provided by matching table lamps on either side, creating a calm and inviting environment.

Beautiful and quiet apartment, a few meters from the sea. Relax in this peaceful and elegant place. It has wifi, a/c, TV (Google Chromecast), kitchen and courtyard. It is located in the center of the village and within 100m you will find a supermarket, kiosk, tavern, café, pharmacy and bakery. Easy to find a parking space.

My 110 sqm sunny space is in the settlement of Neo Klima - Elio 19 km from Skopelos Town and 9 km from the port of Glossa. It is 80m from a beach with a wonderful view, it is located near parks, marinas, restaurants, mini markets, cafeteria. My place is good for families and couples.
