Centrally located to all Rt. 128 businesses, colleges & hospitals. A 7-min drive to Riverside Green line “D” subway stop into Boston (parking available), or commuter rail stops (Auburndale, Wellesley & Kendal Green Stations). It's a 15-minute drive to Amtrak's "Route 128" station to NYC and points south.

Graceful country oasis in a renovated 125 year old historic home, 35 minutes driving time from downtown Boston. (Important-stair climbing required to reach bedroom suite.) I welcome quiet, mature guests as this is a very peaceful (non-party)environment. We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling. I have owned and loved this home for 35 years and take great joy in its charm and outdoor spaces.

The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and other essentials for light meals, and a cozy atmosphere for relaxing or working. Close to Babson, Olin, and Wellesley College, it’s perfect for students, visiting faculty, or anyone seeking a peaceful short- or long-term stay. Single occupancy preferred. There is a charge for extra guests.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Our house is an old Victorian just renovated on a quiet cul-de-sac. You will enjoy our entire brand new 3rd floor with 2 spacious rooms, one huge bathroom with a rain shower, a Victorian tub and two sinks. You can also enjoy our kitchen, outdoor dining, and laundry area. Our house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Boston area just 20 minutes to downtown. The T line D (subway) is just half block from the house. You can visit Boston and suburbs without a car using the T line.

Feel the coziness of home, rest, and also have fun in our downstairs stylish spacious finished basement. Quality furniture and linens, a large king bed, and a private spacious bathroom will help you rest well and move around with ease. The nearby living space with a twin bed will provide another place for you to spend time, either have fun with some Legos & games or spend alone time chilling (we all need it sometimes). Safe suburban neighborhood; good walk trails, walk to tennis/spa/gym/yoga w/reasonable day fees.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place outside Boston. Modern space with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenet with fridge and microwave (no stove/oven and no dishwasher), hot plate available, place is not suitable for cooking. We are close to many restaurants and fast food, parks and trails. PARKING FOR 1 CAR ONLY. There are stairs and is not easily accessible from the road or parking spot, there are steps either way.
