Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Skjoldastraumen is an idyllic and quiet place with possibilities for more activities and excursions. The place is probably best known for its saltwater locks that opened in 1908. The saltwater blades are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach on Notaflå is centrally located and provides swimming opportunities on a nice summer day. Also in the vicinity is the Straumen school. Here, the kids can play and play football. If you drive to Nedstrand you will not find unknown Himakånå. "Straumen is the Draumen"

There is a fire pit on the terrace and barbecue available. Short distance to the popular trip to Himkånå, Nedstrand and the locks in Skjoldastrømmen.

Ski lift with possibility for cross country skiing and sling in Svandalen and Gullingen (45 mins. drive). New swimming facility at Sand, Suldal Bad (about 30 mins. drive). BBQ in the garden. The cabin is close to the river, with great outdoor area , outdoor fireplace and a simple charcoal grill. It is very centrally located just walking distance to shop, playground, sand beach, dining areas and great hiking areas. In the summer we have sup boards available for the guests.

This newly built one room apartment is part of an older farm house. It is located in the end of a valley, and the house is surrounded by sheep and chickens. The location is excellent for peace and quiet. It is also several paths and tracks for walking in the hills around the farm.
