The cozy and uncomplicated apartment is in an original Swiss "Stöckli" with modern heating and bathroom in the middle of nature. You will spend your holidays on a former farm with its own spring water and self-catering garden. You can buy eggs, vegetables, salami & cheese. A little paradise and perfect resting place for adults and children. There is a large garden with meadows. Parents should pay attention to their children as they are motivated to start adventures

Stay with us in a small idyllic village - quietly located with a beautiful view of the Central Swiss mountains. Located in the middle of nature and yet centrally located in Switzerland. You can reach cities such as Lucerne, Bern, Basel and Zurich by car in 30 to 60 minutes. The nearby Lake Sempach can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Fully equipped studio in best location with double bed. If necessary, additional sleeping facility for up to 2 people available (see photos). Quiet detached house on a sunny slope, about 5 minutes from the highway and close to Sursee or Zofingen. Central, about 30 minutes by car to Lucerne and about 50 minutes to the larger cities of Zurich, Basel and Bern. We speak German, English, French and Spanish and look forward to your visit.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
