Located in a historical charming town 12 mi. south of Toledo, this 1890’s home provides the perfect guest accommodations for a relaxing get-a-way. A private electronic key entry leads to a second-floor suite with 2 Q-bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom w/ tub/shower, stool and sink. Guests are invited to unwind on the wraparound porch (May-October). Off-street parking is available for one car. Close to I-75, 80/90 and Rt 24. Sleeps 4 (ages 7 and up) and is not handicap accessible due to stairs.

"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

Second floor of a historic home built in the 1800’s. Above a quaint Tea Room. Private entrance, you will be the only guests. Access to Clara J’s Tea Room during operating hours. (Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024)

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Boho Chic Apartment in Maumee

Boho Chic, one bedroom apartment in Maumee. Queen size bed and pull out full sofa bed with foam mattress. Space could accommodate 4, but could be tight for some guests. Apartment is on the second floor with exterior stairway. There is a friendly yellow lab, as well as a beagle and a small terrier mix on site. All are trained on a fence, and have been enjoyed by past guests. There is a fence separating the walk way from the dog's access.Our space is for non smokers.
