That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Cabin in the orchard "Borghildbu"

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. There are many hiking opportunities; Storehesten, Lisjehesten, Dagsturhytta Skaraly, hunting opportunities, swimming in the fjord or in mountain lakes. Cabin idyll in Kalvåg

Welcome to a cozy and undisturbed cabin on Kalvåg. Fire up the hot tub and enjoy a hot bath outdoors. Here you can fish your own dinner from the fresh water around the cabin, or walk 3 minutes and throw out the line in the sea. Enjoy lovely evenings in peace and quiet around the campfire or take a paddle ride with the kayak or SUP board with associated life jackets that belong to the cabin. 5 km from the cabin you will find Kalvåg city center with grocery store, restaurant and other activities.
