Dans une maison du XIXe et son parc de 5000m2, rénovée en 2020, profitez d un logement indépendant de 90m2 dans une aile de la maison, avec sa cuisine, sa salle de bain, une chambre parentale de 15m2 avec lit double, une chambre de 11m2 pour enfants avec 2 lits simple (transformable en lit à 180), de son salon de 30m2, et d'une terrasse privée. Sumptuous stone villa near Saint-Emilion

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.
