Guest house located below my house, in our garden, with entrance, backyard and independent and private parking. The house is in the Samola condominium, with 24-hour concierge, and is 400 meters from Lagoinha Beach. The space features 1 double bed and 3 single beds, a kitchen, living room, private bathroom and outdoor shower. 1 set of bed linens (per bed) and 1 towel per guest are provided. The room is well lit due to glass doors that give access to the cottage's private backyard, which has a barbecue and garden. Distance of 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot. The chalet has 200MB fiber internet.
