The sea is calm (ideal for children) and in the corner of the beach there is a natural pool where you can interact with little fish. The chalet is a single-story building and perfect for couples, families, the elderly and people with reduced mobility. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.

In the space we have 3 more chalets in independent areas, distant from each other and private. Perfect place for those who enjoy nature and are not bothered by insects.

(The condominium is not fully enclosed and has no concierge) Our space is cozy and spacious, has 1 suite with a balcony, 1 bedroom with an exit to a backyard, a social bathroom, and a kitchen integrated with the living room. The cottage has a private yard, which has a barbecue area. 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot. The chalet has fiber internet.

We are inside the Recanto Verde Mar condominium, with exclusive access to Cocanha beach. The cottages are complete with 50 m² each. They have a parking space, laundry area and individual barbecue and are super cozy. Comportam well up to 5 pax. We also have an outdoor social area with tables with a sunshade, a game room and a children's playground. Note: We do not provide bed linen, bath towels and pillows.
