A walk to the Old Town takes 10 minutes and leads through the main city promenade at Krakowskie Przedmieście Street. The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom area with a double bed, a bathroom and a spacious balcony.

The flat was renovated and put into use in February 2019. Bulding stands next to the Lublin University of Technology. Due to its location in the area there are numerous bars and restaurants, and the area is full of student life. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a corner sofa bed for two people and a two people sofa bed and a separate kitchen. An elegant apartment decorated in the style of New York. To the very center of Lublin is 15 minutes on foot.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in an Art Nouveau tenement house located in the very center of the city. The interior with preserved original elements of equipment such as floors, stucco, wallpaper or a stove will allow you to move for a moment to pre-war Lublin. Close to the Old Town (a few minutes' walk), restaurants, shops, the Cultural Center, and Litewski Square. The apartment is a photographic studio on a daily basis, made available to guests once in a while.
