Two bathrooms are available, one on the ground floor and another on the second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, water dispenser and rice cooker. Utensils and cookware are also provided. You can enjoy a healthy, budget friendly, home-cooked meals while on vacation. Or, you can also try the restaurants in Pico de Loro, choice is yours! Living room with comfortable couch, flatscreen tv with cable and dvd player. Smoking is allowed in the terrace/balcony ONLY. Please be considerate to the next guests.

It has a provision for a working desk. To provide entertainment & relaxation while inside the apartment, we have a television with cable channels. The place has a balcony (with a mountain view) which can be used as place for dining & socialization. The kitchen has a ref, microwave, cooking range, among others.
