The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit on its own deck, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a bit to themselves sometimes. Hot tub, sauna and sea swimming - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with almost all the facilities one needs. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or it may be possible to rent the attefallstugan separately. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Fully equipped fresh loft apartment 60m2 floor heating. Access to laundry room. BBQ is available. Access to private part of garden with table and chairs. Sauna by the lake for hire! And then there is a possibility to take a swim from our jetty.

The house sleeps 30 m2, high ceilings, 1 sleeping loft, fireplace, bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, underfloor heating, patio and a large lovely garden with room for barbecue and hanging in the hammock among the apple trees. The decor is rustic and sometimes we use the house as a studio. Nature reserves, cliffs and oceans just around the corner and also a grocery store and inn 5 min away.

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.
