When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? New apartment in the center of Pardubice

Beautiful new sunny apartment (43 m2) with its own covered parking space and air conditioning is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Pardubice and 7 minutes walk from the train and bus station. There is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, induction, oven, refrigerator and cooking accessories). The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. There is a double bed, TV, desk and large armchair. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. The terrace is equipped with seating. We look forward to seeing you!

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

We offer accommodation in a cozy house after a complete reconstruction with a large terrace and a view of lake. Quite remoted place, however, close to the historic Malešov center with the brewery house and the renovated castle. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic place, you have come to the right address. Enjoy a long breakfast on the beautiful terrace with a view of the sunrise over the pond. Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Our caravan, where we once, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that sways slightly in the wind as if on a boat. Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating using the fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly below the cottage.
