Easily accessible from the M1, M25 & A1M, it is an excellent base for exploring Herts & beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed & the other with bunk beds. There is off street parking for one car.

Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

You have the whole house and garden to yourself. We are still finishing some work during summer. We offer lower rates for now. We would love your feedback.
