Guest who is booking the reservation must be 26 years or older. There is a fee of $100/night per person for any guest over 7 in total up to a maximum of 9 guests. This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet.
