The studio is professionally styled with high end modern furniture & decor; the bed is dressed in lux hotel inspired linens. Shopping & all major amenities are 5 minutes away. The deck features modern outdoor furniture & a fire bowl.

Cozy & private 1 bedroom space in the lower level of our home in the beautiful Departure Bay area. Separate entrance allows for complete privacy. Large living room and open concept kitchen stocked with all the necessities to make meals. Queen size Sealy bed with private bathroom including deep tub/shower combo. Full premium cable and Wi-Fi included. Large chaise sofa and flat screen tv's in living room & bedroom. Quiet neighbourhood centrally located and close to dining, shopping and ferries.

Gives you the home-away-from home vibe. 5 minutes walk to bus route to VI & downtown and outside sensor cameras 5. A family with two kids lives above the unit and a unit beside it. The quiet time is 11pm to 7am.
