South facing terrace and access to a heated swimming pool (in season). This place is great for families as it's upstairs at a restaurant, close to a swimming pool and playground. Please note that this proximity can lead to lively moments in high season.

Quiet and cozy studio

We welcome you with pleasure in our large house so that you can enjoy our beautiful region in peace. Our studio is located on the 2nd floor. You can access it via a separate narrow staircase. It consists of a large room with all the necessary amenities: equipped kitchen, sofa, bedroom area and new bedding. The ensuite bathroom is small but functional. We live on a very quiet street, a stone's throw from the ruins of Villers-la-Ville.

Hot tub, sauna and cold shower:) It is intended for a MAXIMUM of 2 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN Outside you will find a permaculture garden, fruit trees, 2 chickens (fresh eggs), bees (garden honey) and maybe Huguette (my cat). Located at the crossroads of the cities of Dinant, Rochefort, Han-sur-Lesse, there is no shortage of activities!

In a beautiful region combining calm and joie de vivre (many hikes, visits, local festivities, etc.) come and enjoy with family or friends this fabulous new loft, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.
