Here you can enjoy relaxing days with the sea as the closest neighbor and nice rocks that belong to the property. Otterøya offers nice hiking opportunities both on foot or by bike. Nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Should the rain hog down, Namsos city center is about 3 miles from the property; here you get good shopping opportunities. Architect-designed micro-house in Overhalla.

Here you can experience living in an architect-designed atrium house. The house was built in 2018 and has a separate micro house for rent. I live in the other house and between the two houses there is an atrium with a patio. The micro house, which is approximately 40 m2, is of a consistently high standard. The micro house has a bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and bedroom. There are two separate bedrooms, one combined with a sofa/sofa bed. Due to the size of the house, it is best suited for families, but four adults can stay.

The landlord reserves the right to access the accommodation by agreement with the tenant.
