It is a private building located on the hillside of Geumbyeonsan Mountain behind Kim Yu-jeong Munhak Village, where one team can fully enjoy the garden and accommodation for a day. We provide boiled towels and 100% cotton bedding filled with the smell of sunlight, washed every time. It is a bright accommodation with good sunlight through a large window. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is a basic for two adults, and up to four people are possible by providing additional bedding, and only up to four people, including infants, can enter. Free for children under 2 years old (up to 24 months), and no extra bedding is provided if free. You can see Mt. Samak, and if the weather is good, you can see the beautiful sunset full of red light. Breakfast is provided for a fee. (5,000 won/person, 3,000 won/person under elementary school, other menus such as brunch are available for consecutive stays) We don't offer barbecue service. Our accommodation does not have a kitchen, so you cannot cook. You can use the microwave and coffee pot.

Cat Forest # Autumn Forest is a 2-person accommodation with 7 cats and 1 dog. ***It is not suitable for those who hate cats because they live on the deck used by cats (you can give food or water depending on the situation^^) They are gentle and follow people well. It includes a private deck where you can enjoy barbecue and fire holes even when it rains. (Bring firewood or buy it at the accommodation) The location of the accommodation is located under the recreational forest in Joongmi Mountain, Yangpyeong-gun, and there are 2 famous valleys within 10 minutes by car if you want a clear stream of 6 km or more and a deep valley within a 3-minute walk. The accommodation consists of a double floor (1st floor-sofa and armchair, 2nd floor-bedroom) and is about 60m2. You can go directly to the barbecue deck through the large window in the front. The Cat Forest is divided into spring, summer, and autumn forests, and each has its own private deck, so you can spend a peaceful holiday in a separate flow. Chunwol is a lodging with a cat, Chunsimi! You'll need to agree to the cat to confirm your reservation. Please be sure to check the host's message after you request a reservation! Proxy reservations are not possible, so please contact us before booking!! This property is very vulnerable to noise. Noise complaints often occur after 10pm. Guests who are planning to party or drink and dance should consider it once more before making a reservation. The kitchen, where simple cooking is possible, is equipped with simple tableware and cooking utensils. (Grilled, fried, spicy, and shellfish dishes with a lot of oil are not allowed._Please check the house rules.) Smoking is prohibited in the property building. Please be aware of smoking as an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. :) Admission time is 3pm and departure time is 11am! Early check-in and late check-out can be applied for 1 hour each, and there is an additional fee of 10,000 KRW. Please apply at least 12 hours before check-in.

산에서 나오는 피톤치드, 밤하늘에 쏟아지는 별이 아름다운곳에 직접지은 소형 목조주택으로 저희 가족이 세컨하우스로 이용하고 있습니다. 단독으로 집 전체와 정원을 이용하니 다른 분들과의 접촉 걱정하지 않으셔도 됩니다. 청결을 최우선으로 하고 사용한 물품들은 모두 수거하고 깨끗이 청소하고 있습니다. 애완동물은 동반입실이 불가하며 적발 시 환불없이 퇴실 조치됩니다. 저희집은 저장식 전기 온수를 사용중입니다. 두분이 연이어 샤워하실 때는 온수가 잘 나오는데 연이어 세분은 힘들어요 20분~30분정도 온수가 데워질 시간이 필요합니다. 봄 여름 가을 겨울 경치의 느낌이 다르며 충분한 휴식을 취할 수 있는 무인 시스템입니다. 계절에 맞는 용품들을 설치하기 때문에 봄과 가을에는 해먹을 사용하실 수 있고 여름에는 수영장(7월 15일 ~ 8월 15일), 캠핑의자를 사용하실 수 있습니다. 객실 내 침구류는 2인1채로 입실인원에 맞추어 구비됩니다.
