The living room has a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed, with TV Netflix and HBO Go access. The apartments have separate terraces with garden furniture. Free, enclosed parking is provided in the courtyard, a well-kept, quiet garden at the back, which is even suitable for barbecuing. Hagymatikum 150 meters away.

Fedezd fel a szálláshelyet körülölelő gyönyörű tájat. Kivállóan alkalmas kirándulásra, aktív és passziv pihenésre egyaránt. A házat erdő öleli körbe amit bicikli és gyalogtúra utak szelik keresztbe. A Maros folyó közelsége lehetőséget kínál nyáron a fürdőzésre és vizi sportokra az ingyenes szabadstrandon, ami a haztol kb 250 m-re található. A környéken egyedülálló lombkorona ösvény található és különböző szabadtéri sport lehetőségek állnak a látogatók részére. A hàzhoz biciklik is tartoznak.

Szeged, 2-room, fully renovated private house for rent near the Tisza and downtown. The accommodation is within walking distance of the new handball stadium (PICK ARENA) and the Tiszavirág swimming pool. The rooms have separate entrances, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The house has a small courtyard. Free parking in front of the house. Children are welcome, there is a crib, but no high chair. I do not accept guests traveling alone for more than 3 nights.
