Dream house with spa, sports room & sunny patio

A wonderful 260 sqm house in classic Enskede. 5 bedrooms and a new private spa-area with jacuzzi, sauna and luxury shower. The charming house from 1920:s has open fire, spacious rooms, PS5, Oculus Quest, HBO, Netflix, pinball, fussball, table tennis, spinning bike etc The streets are lush, child friendly, beautiful and calm. The garden is amazing with sun set patio, out door dining table and grill, overlooking the fruit trees and flowers. 5 min walk to subway, 10 min to Stockholm centre.

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m.
