There is one bedroom King-side bed with gym equipment. A queen-size sofa bed, a bathroom with a wash & drive machine Common premises, incl. Laundry and barbecue areas. It is lovely, with several bathing lakes, walking paths, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a gym. The city is only an 18-minute car ride or a 28-40 min bus ride.

Welcome to a self-contained studio in our modern house south of Stockholm. A place you can stay and relax. We run this as a self-contained unit where guests in general do not share common areas with us as we are also living in the house.The studio is locked for privacy and has its' own entrance door at the front of the house. 15 mins drive to central Stockholm / 18 min train from Central station. Currently the spa jakuzzi is out of service - we hope to have it back in service in May 2025.

Only 15 min by metro to the city centre and 8-10 minutes to the wonderful neighbourhood of Södermalm and a nature perserve just outside the door.
