You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Modern, light-flooded, well-maintained apartment with a view of the Venn. Separate entrance house number 13b. On the 1st floor, there is the living and dining room, the bathroom, the bedroom for two people and on request with baby cot. On the gallery is our sofa bed for two more people. Hikers and cyclists are only 300m from the Venn, Ravel and Velo cycle paths. In the nearby area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt and Vogelsang Castle.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
