The apartment is composed by 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balconies. -With Washing Machine and Dryer. -We manage only one apartment, so we pay much attention to it. It' a different approach from the big companies with a big amount of apartments. Plus we live very very near the apartment, and ready to reach you for any need. -Our strong point is the premium assistance. The 2 lines cross each other only in our square and at the Central station. -Pompeii is easily reachable in 45 minutes from Piazza Cavour, thanks to trains every 30 minutes from the metro station right outside the building. Taking this train will make you save time, because you won't have to go to the Central Train station. -You can also reach Reggia of Caserta with the Metro outside our building! -There are two supermarkets in the square : one of the next to the building's door, and the other one 3 minutes from home open untill midnight . Concrete Apartment San Gregorio

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building whose construction dates back to the end of the 1400s. Palazzo Tenore Cianci is now under the constraint of the Superintendency. The apartment's restoration has recovered a series of elements, such as wooden beams and architraves dating back to the time of construction. The flooring, on the other hand, is made of concrete resin, a perfect contrast to the original architectural elements. The space is spread out through a large open space in which the living room, large kitchen and dining room follow one another. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking Via San Gregorio Armeno, two bathrooms and a laundry room. Upstairs, accessed via a comfortable staircase, are two more double bedrooms, one of which has a French bed (140x200). Both overlook the large open space. The Concrete Apartment is equipped with ultra-fast WiFi, a 50'' Sony LED TV with free access to Netflix. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and both a microwave and electric oven. The kitchen, with large central island in concrete resin, is equipped with all comforts. The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal. We are always available, as we live just 50 meters away from the Concrete Apartment. Immerse yourself in the vitality of the ancient city thanks to the apartment's strategic location on Via San Gregorio Armeno, and don't forget to buy one of the precious nativity scenes for sale at the many artisan shops. The Concrete Apartment is easily accessible as it is in the heart of the city. From Capodichino airport, an Alibus shuttle departs every 25 minutes and stops at the Piazza Garibaldi train station. From here you can walk to the apartment in 15 minutes, or you can take metro line 1 and get off at the Università stop which is about a 10-minute walk away (the Duomo stop is nearing completion). In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Circumvesuviana station from which trains depart for the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum. The port from which ferries and hydrofoils depart for the islands of Ischia, Capri and Procida is about a 10-minute walk away.
