Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Our apartment is small (1.5 rooms) but cozy with all the comforts with private garage. The house has Wi-Fi, cable TV with radio, fireplace. In the kitchen, in addition to the standard appliances, you will find a Moka for Italian coffee, and American coffee machine, a fundu cooker with plates and cutlery. The double bed is on the mezzanine; there is a table for dining, two comfortable sofas to relax in and two foldaway beds. You will not need a car or a bus to go skiing or walking. SelfCheckin

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The free ski shuttle stops in front of the house every 20 minutes and is 1 station away from the ski lift in Laax . Alternatively it is a 5 minutes walk.

Other inquiries will be reviewed though.
