The house is the ideal solution for families as it is a quiet area but also for younger people given the short distance from the nightlife possible in the surroundings. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, bathroom, shower and toilet. The living room with kitchenette is the heart of the apartment which enjoys a lot of light as it overlooks the terrace where you can enjoy quiet lunches and dinners benefiting from a view of the sea.

BRAND NEW APARTMENT AT THE GROUND FLOOR WITH POOL

My nice apartment has been just finished a few years ago and it is located in a quite residence, at short distance from the beach. It is located at the ground floor with a veranda just in front at the swimming pool. Inside, it is composed by a wide fully equipped kitchen and dining room/living room. Then a large comfortable double bedroom, another twin bedroom (convertable in double-bed) and a modern bathroom with maxi-shower/hydro Grill and private parking.
