You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

All rooms have central heating, air conditioning, a work area, Wi-Fi, 2 enclosed glass balconies, 1 open balcony, electric blinds and mosquito nets, and there are 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en suite bathroom. All rooms receive light. Upon request, a parking baby bed and a pull-out single bed are provided. Although it is 450 metres from the famous İğdeli Beach, it is very close to all other beaches.
