Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

49m2 apartment in the city center of the Bourboule, you will find the main square, restaurants, shops, casino, thermal baths, fenestral park, everything is within walking distance.... There is plenty of hiking.... In winter a shuttle bus takes you to the bottom of the slopes of Mont Dore. It has a cellar to store skis,bicycles..... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer.... There is space and very bright.

We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
