Leisure opportunities are in the immediate vicinity and in 5 minutes you are in Konstanz. P.S. Our cozy apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break outside the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 4 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed 140x190cm.
