Less than an hour from Madrid or Ávila and 40 minutes from Segovia, you have beautiful villages such as Villa Castin, hiking trails and at home everything you need to relax or have fun. We have 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, plus a sofa bed. In addition, you have two full bathrooms, a dining room, a side table and an equipped kitchen.

Welcome to our home in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Newly renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for telecommuting, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed wifi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.

We are located just 9 km from Ávila, near the Police School. We allow pets.

It has a terrace, an 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is good, there is a pool from June to October. Enjoy!
