Sunny location with evening sun on the large terrace that has a glassed patio with opening sliding sections. Here you live between two lakes, Lelång (which is part of the Dalsland canal lake system) and Ärtingen. Walking distance to swimming area. Rowing boat included in rental (1/5 - 15/10). In the house there are 6 beds, 3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace. 2 toilet rooms, one with bathtub, Laundry room with shower/sauna, washing machine/dryer.

Here you live comfortably with tiled bathrooms, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social surfaces and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor as well as a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will be staying! Bed linens and towels are brought by guest, or rented by us for 100 SEK per set.

To the popular swimming area Saltkällan, it is only 5 km and to all the gems of the coast such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo , Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, it is 4 km , perfect as a starting point for many nice excursions. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

In the basement under the terrace is a guest apartment with private entrance, terrace, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.
