It is a perfect opportunity for all of you who want to "get away from the city hustle" and spend some time in nature. - 70 m2 - A bathroom with shower (towels and hair dryer included) - A corridor - A spacious living room with the access to a terrace - A kitchen with all necessary dinning and cooking equipment + refrigerator - Two big bedrooms - One queen-size bed (blankets and pillows included) - Three single beds (blankets and pillows included) Wifi is available upon request. The house is located near city Ptuj, only 10 kilometers of drive from the Ptuj's city center. Moreover, it is situated on the top of the hill, offering beautiful views to neighboring vineyards and the Slovenske Gorice area. Even though house is in a remote location it is still offer a very easy access as any GPS will help you find a way. I will not be present at the house during your stay, unless you will need me. However, I will accept you at your arrival. A roomy place in the first floor of our family house kept in the style of the Yugoslavian 80's in a very quiet neighborhood. 5km to Jeruzalem vineyards, 8km to Banovci Spa, 14km to Bioterme Spa. An old town center of Ljutomer is in 10min walking distance. A place for your car in a carport. There's a garden with shadow. A lot of cycling, hiking and running possibilities in the area. 5km away there's a beautiful lake (former gravel digging) with christal clear water, perfect for a swim in nature.

Beautiful country house, surrounded by trees and vineyards, located only 3 km from Ormoz city center and 20km away from popular spas Banovci and Mala Nedelja. The house is a perfect retreat for families with children and people who enjoy nature and who like to explore new areas. In agreement with the owners, pets are allowed. The entire backyard is fenced in, so that your furry friend can run outside and get the excercise needed without the fear of running away or getting lost.
