You will be greeted with a "Welcome basket" with local delicacies upon arrival. Skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer free bicycle rental for our guests. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

The kitchen has all necesary equipment including oven, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Dining area can host 6 people. Living room has comfortable sofa and two armchairs. All bedrooms have plenty of room for your things. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined and used as a double bed. Bathroom has bath, washbasin, bidet and washing machine, toilet is separated.

You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

We have now brought it back to life and completely renovated it, making sure it offers all the comforts you would expect to find. Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
