We live above the suite and we have an infant. There is a locked, sound absorbing accordian door installed on the stairwell for your privacy and security. Yet, you may still be able to hear us from time to time. We are located on a scenic highway which is the gateway to the Columbia river gorge. We are just 3 miles from Edgefield.

The cabin is like having a National park in your yard. During fishing season you can watch the eagles right from the deck catching fish out of the river. The view is spectacular! You can also see deer, beavers, and other animals from the deck. This property has a lovely view of the river. River access is only for the very fit as the ladder down is difficult. Their are more great places to swim and hike just up the road across from the fish hatchery or Dougan falls.
