Très jolie appartement située au 2 e étage d’un immeuble. En plein Centre-Ville de Tourcoing , proche de toutes commodité (métro , magasin , bus etc ..) Composé d’une entrée et d’un grand séjour spacieux et lumineux avec une chambre fermée , une salles de bain , WC et d’une cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle . La maison est située dans une propriété sécurisée, avec parking, un petit jardin privé à l'avant de la maison. Le village est calme à proximité de Tournai, Courtrai et Lille.
